Amity Lounge

I live in Pitampura, Delhi. Usually I go back by a cab, but a couple of times when I had no classes in the evening I've taken a bus from sector 37 and then the metro from Kashmiri Gate. The cab drops me home in 1.5 hours, and the bus+metro combo takes 2.5 hours.

Now, this approach is okay for regular working days, but I was wondering how I would get home if I had to stay in college until, say, 8:00 PM. Or, is there a faster way to get back to Delhi (one that takes less than 2 hours)?

the most convenient way to get back to delhi would be a cab.. there's no faster way unless you have a private vehicle.. and of course.. you cant ask your cab to wait till 8 so u'll prolly have to hire another one just for a day

Hire one for a day? How do you do that? Radio taxi or something?

well yea.. the same cabs that u use for travelling everyday.. u can just hire it for a day.. they'll charge around 500 or more though

for those peple who are coming frm nearby places frm noida nd take an amity bus frm sec 37
the condition is worse to c.....
itz a bad part on amity!!!a bus of 24 seats takes alwayz more than 5o students wid it.....
many hv complained abt it to the quality assurance department
bt nthng is done till nw....

2-3 amity buses r jst standing wid no use near e1......
please sought dat out...
