Childhood friend...

Childhood friends are forever! Examples of such friendships are galore where a childhood friend has forsaken everything for his friend. Such friendships never blossom as we mature and grow old. The friendship that develops between two friends in school or through living in the same locality, often goes on to become everlasting and is never broken by any outside force. I am still in touch with my childhood friend from school and she is like a pillar of support to me. She lives in a different city, but we keep in touch through phone, letter and email. She also makes it a point to come down at my place in holidays or during special occasions. The bond that forms between two childhood friends is unbreakable. Such friendships are intuitive, where one friend understands the mind of the other. Do you have a childhood friend who makes your life worth living? If yes, do share your friendship thoughts with me. Surprise your childhood friend with this warm friendship greeting!

I' ve waited you just to ask your forgiveness . Time had passed and still cant forget what ive done to you, Even though im in a relationship right now still hungers your forgiveness. Imagining things that might calm to  my senses ,All i need is just a simple assurance of not forgetting our past. And Now suddenly to my surprise you came out of nowhere...why?of all those years...why so sudden!. Finally we've meet up again,  but your a totally stranger, no signs of being my past. Oh how is wish i didn't ask for this, how i wish we didn't meet up, how i wish we didn't talk, how i wish is just a dream.. if i could just erase you from my treasure box..

Your College Experience Is What You Make of It

As May is upon us, anticipation for graduation is increasing for seniors who are ready to leave Amity University behind and enter the “real world”. This is no exception for senior Abhijeet. With the end of the school year approaching fast, Abhijeet is excited to be graduating and is starting to look towards the future.

Abhijeet entered Amity as a freshman in 2006. His involvement in clubs at Amity reflects what he was taught as an Electronics Engineer.  One of the best experiences of college for his came through an event that he organized himself. It was an event in ASET's techfest 'ACT'. “We filled up the room we had and it was a really awesome moment. It was the first big event I’ve organized,” Abhijeet said.

Abhijeet took a lot of trips during Break to shimla , jammu along with his friends. When he isn’t donating his time to help others, Abhijeet likes to relax and read poetry. He also really likes food and going out to eat. When asked what the perfect day would be for him, Abhijeet gave an answer quite expected. “Sunny with some water nearby and fireworks. A good day with friends, oh and world peace.” Abhijeet said.

Now that graduation is around the corner, Abhijeet is taking time to reflect on his time at Amity. “I don’t feel like I’m graduating. It will be an interesting transition.” Abhijeet said.

He had this advice for freshers that are unsure what to think of the college experience. “Get involved and find out what you care about. Being involved benefits your community and yourself” he said, “Your college experience is what you make it. Whether you get involved with community service, Greek Life etc.. It’s really about self exploration.”

A Beautifull Heart

The more hurt and pain you have gone thru in life, the stronger and morebeautiful your heart will be.....
One day a young man was standing in the middle of the town proclaiming that he had the most beautiful heart in the whole valley.
A large crowd gathered and they all admired his heart for it was perfect. There was not a mark or a flaw in it. Yes, they all agreed it truly was the most beautiful heart they had ever seen. The young man was very proud and boasted more loudly about his beautiful heart.
Suddenly, an old man appeared at the front of the crowd and said, "Why your heart is not nearly as beautiful as mine." The crowd and the young man looked at the old man's heart. It was beating strongly, but full of scars, it had places where pieces had been removed and other pieces put in, but they didn't fit quite right and there were several jagged edges. In fact, in some places there were deep gouges where whole pieces missing.
The people stared. How can he say his heart is more beautiful?? they thought. The young man looked at the old man's heart and saw its state and laughed. "You must be joking," he said. "Compare your heart with mine, mine is perfect and yours is a mess of scars and tears."
"Yes," said the old man, "Yours is perfect looking but I would never trade with you. You see, every scar represents a person to whom I have given my love - I tear out a piece of my heart and give it to them, and often they give me a piece of their heart which fits into the empty place in my heart, but because the pieces aren't exact, I have some rough edges, which I cherish, because they remind me of the love we shared. Sometimes I have given pieces of my heart away, and the other person hasn't returned a piece of his heart to me. These are the empty gouges - giving love is taking a chance. Although these gouges are painful, they stay open, reminding me of the love I have for these people too, and I hope someday they may return and fill the space I have waiting. So now do you see what true beauty is?"
The young man stood silently with tears running down his cheeks. He walked up to the old man, reached into his perfect young and beautifulheart, and ripped a piece out. He offered it to the old man with trembling hands.
The old man took his offering, placed it in his heart and then took a piece from his old scarred heart and placed it in the wound in the young man's heart. It fit, but not perfectly, as there were some jagged edges.
The young man looked at his heart, not perfect anymore but more beautifulthan ever, since love from the old man's heart flowed into his.
They embraced and walked away side by side.

Love Hurts..

Love hurts when the one you love does not love you back.  Love hurts when you find out the one you love, loves someone else.  Love hurts when you give up your beliefs to make love work and it doesn't work.  Love hurts when you have a child with the one you love and find out the child might not be yours.  Love hurts when you get married to the one you love and it meant nothing to the one you love.  Love hurts so much you feel like dying because you wonder if you can ever love again.  Love is supposed to be special but how can it be if Love does not work.  Love is what I was looking for when I found you because the one that I truly loved was here on earth no longer.  My love blossomed when you gave me a special gift from above on a special day.  Love hurts when everything you love is taken away.  You could have done me a favor and stabbed me in the heart because i have no use for it now.  Thank you for showing me the true meaning of love.  Love hurts.....................
