The first UK-India International Workshop on Cognitive Wireless Systems (UKIWCWS2009) will be held in IIT Delhi, New Delhi, India from 11 to 12 December 2009. This workshop is co-organized by the IEEE Delhi and IEEE UKRI Sections and also partly funded by the UK-India Education and Research Initiative (UKIERI) and Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council UK (EPSRC) and Department of Science and Technology (DST), India.
